How to Request Account Deletion
1. Send an email to delete@nutriguide.fit from the email address associated with your NutriGuide.fit account.
2. Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. In the body, please confirm your username (if applicable) and that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What Happens Next?
• We will verify your request and confirm your identity via email.
• Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data (including food logs, preferences, and analytics) will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Data Deleted
• Account information (email, username, profile data)
• Food logs and nutrition history
• Preferences and settings
• Analytics and usage data linked to your account
Data Retained
• Data required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes may be retained as required by law.
• Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked to you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
Retention Period
• All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request.
