By accessing or using the NutriGuide.fit mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.
2. Service Description
NutriGuide.fit is a smart mobile application that helps users track their nutrition through: • Photo-based food recognition • Voice input for food logging • Nutritional analysis and tracking • Personalized dietary recommendations • Automated nutrition patterns and health-related insights • Progress monitoring and analytics
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
3.2 Account Security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for: • Personal nutrition tracking • Legal and authorized purposes • Activities that don't interfere with other users
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not: • Share account credentials • Attempt to bypass any security measures • Upload harmful content or malware • Impersonate others • Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
5. Content and Data
5.1 User Content
• You retain rights to content you upload • You grant us license to use uploaded content for service provision • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to shared content
5.2 Data Accuracy
• We strive for accurate nutritional information but cannot guarantee it • Food recognition, analysis, and inferred health-related insights are automated estimates provided as guidance only • Users should verify information for medical or health-critical decisions
5.3 Shareable Diary Links
• A shareable diary link is created only when you request it and is read-only • Anyone who obtains an active link can open it without signing in and may copy or forward information visible through it • You are responsible for choosing recipients and checking the information included before sharing • Links remain active until you revoke them in the App, but revocation cannot delete copies already made by a recipient
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Fees
• Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase • All payments are processed through authorized payment providers • Fees may change with notice to users
6.2 Cancellation
• Users may cancel subscriptions through their device's app store • Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 App Content
• The App, including all content and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission
7.2 Trademarks
• NutriGuide.fit and related logos are our trademarks • Use of our trademarks without permission is prohibited
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Integration
The App integrates with: • OpenAI for meal-photo and text analysis • Groq for voice transcription • RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions and purchase entitlements • Google and Apple for optional account sign-in • Other third-party services as needed
8.2 Third-Party Terms
• Usage of third-party services is subject to their respective terms • We are not responsible for third-party service performance
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1 Service Provision
• The App is provided "as is" without warranties • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • Nutritional information is for reference only
9.2 Medical Disclaimer
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice • App insights are not a diagnosis, medical diet therapy, prescription, or medication recommendation • Consult healthcare providers for medical decisions • We are not responsible for health-related decisions based on App data
10. Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service • Some jurisdictions may not allow liability limitations
11. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to: • Modify or discontinue features • Update the App and these Terms • Change pricing with notice
12. Termination

• Users may terminate their account at any time • Certain Terms survive termination
